They pay my deposit first months rent and half my rent each month. I have No Evictions, Good Background, and Fair Credit, but I’m working on it and I have a co signer. It would only be me and my Daughter 16 Son 15.
I’m looking for a 3 /2 or 1 bath on the eastside of town but right know it doesn’t matter where. I see a rental home that’s thru you. And I love it. It’s exactly what I have been looking for. Great price. Don’t know what side of town but it don’t matter anymore. It would be a blessing if I has someone just give me a chance to get into a home.
